Set in beautiful Southern California, California Fire and Life by Don Winslow is a face-paced mystery that starts with many seemingly unconnected events that wrap up neatly by the end of this intricate story.  Jack, laid-back surfer dude and the top claims adjuster for California Fire and Life Insurance, investigates a fire that he believes is arson.  Complete with bikers, Vietnamese gangs, multi-million dollar beachfront mansions and the Russian Mob, this ebook reads like a blockbuster movie.

The Sex Lives of Cannibals follows author and narrator J. M.
